Since 1998 we have pioneered a sustainable approach to architectural design for a diverse range of commercial, industrial, residential and general work spaces. We focus on the clients needs, through our design-led architectural practice with a passion to deliver great buildings. Our practice is very much about people and places, elegant solutions and adding genuine value to everything we do.

our services

Project Consultation

Your project begins with an initial consultation around feasibility of your project. Through our professional and friendly approach, we share ideas before presenting in person a number of design options that meet your needs. Our consultant will remain your first point of contact as they take you through the planning and building regulation processes, agreeing timescales and costs. Our local knowledge and understanding of local issues, including conservation and listed buildings consent are recognised throughout the industry as being second-to-none.

Architectural Planning

This is the stage where we develop the design brief and start to bring the approved ideas into reality. Our architectural planners manage and control this phase of the process, which includes the submission of all necessary documentation. We also consult with the local authority on your behalf both for planning and building regulation approval. As the project evolves we will provide project management including working with builders, contractors and any third parties you wish to be involved.

Technical Drawing

This phase of the process including the preparation of a full set of working drawings not only to find the most innovative and appropriate solution but also to ensure they comply with current building regulations. Once drawings are approved and complete, we assist in obtaining quotations from an agreed list of potential contractors. We create these drawings using Computer Aided Design (CAD) so that other supporting services can be seamlessly overlaid and integrated within the overall scheme of works.

CGI Modelling

Computer Generated Illustrations (CGI) provide a static interpretation of the architectural vision we have for your project, helping to share and communicate its vision by bringing it to life in almost photographic quality. This process is particularly helpful in both the planning process if visualisation is needed or indeed further down the line in assisting with sales. CGI modelling is being used widely within the residential and commercial sectors.

Interior Design

We are passionate about design, combining creativity with functionality to shape space to meet the client's exact requirements. Our service starts with visualisation, working with you to initially share your ideas around architecture, styling, lighting and décor to develop and deliver an interior that reflects who you are. Drawing on over 20 years of experience, we take away the stress for you as a client, ensuring this process is both fulfilling and rewarding.

testimonial

I approached Simon Gee and his team to help me realise the dream of converting a derelict Victorian Coach House into a detached house for a family member to live in. He transformed my ideas into reality, stayed with the project through to completion and negotiated on my behalf with the planning authorities. He was approachable and easy to work with and his practical advice throughout proved to be valuable in gaining full planning permission for the development. I can fully recommend him.

Professor John Pike OBE, BSc(Hons), MSc, CEng, FICE.
